If you’ve been in Times Square in the month of May between 11:57pm until midnight, you might have seen Robert Wilson’s video portrait of Robert Downey Jr. playing on one of the jumbotrons.
It’s part of the month-long initiative called “Times Square Moment: A Digital Gallery” that features the work of Robert Wilson.
The video portraits (including RDJ’s) will continue to be on display until May 31. The best locations to view them will be at Military Plaza and Duffy Square.

Latino Review ‘Iron Man 3’ Exclusive
- First day of principal photography on Iron Man 3 was Wednesday, May 23, in Wilmington, NC.
- A “large underwater tank and what looked like the interior of a jet fuselage” was constructed in one of the stages to be used by the IM3 production.
- “If you’re in the North Carolina area, Robert Downey Jr. is in town and rumor has him stopping by local bars and being pretty chumly.”
- Iron Man 3 is/was given the budget of $140M before The Avengers was released. Rumor has it that after The Avengers broke box-office records, Marvel has upped IM3’s budget to $200M.
- “Namely, Shane Black and the IM3 crew aren’t being asked to deliver a better Iron Man movie but THE BEST Marvel movie hands down.”
- Principal photography for the film ends in October.
